When the cat (Roman Sada our PRO) is away, the mice (Stephanie and Crew) will play! Small Group up to 24 for this pickleball camp. Locals or people who have homes in the area are invited. Limited Space for this camp as we want it to be an exclusive training atmosphere three courts and Stephanie's Crew to help you through.

Let’s start "constructing points" using a variety of targeted spots.
Reach into the kitchen as much as possible. Stop letting the ball dictate where you and your last minute paddle go. Let's get ball control, please!
Covering the Middle from the Kitchen line

Pull them wide and push the ball middle. Offense
Covering the middle when they “pull you wide and push the ball middle” Defense

3rd Shot DROP & DRIVE
When do you drop and when do you drive
Let’s practice this as a 3rd or a 5th shot
Get your brain to make a good decision quickly
Fourth Shot: Be the Hero or be the Zero
Don’t be in such a hurry to put the ball away.
Rise to the next level, extend the point.
Be “that” player that makes the game better by making good choices
Create a 90% put away and quit taking a chance on the 55% put away.
Return of Serve: The shot that can kill your score.
Everytime you miss a return of serve you give the opponent the point.
First ball theory vs Poach vs Interception
This will improve your game twice over, if your return of serve is solid.
Defending the LOB
You know how to lob, but do you know how to defend the lob. Nothing is more frustrating than a lobber (so offensively...keep doing it😂), we will teach you how to get them to slow down their lob.
Strategies for LOBBING Succesfully
When to lob, how to lob, why to lob and you will hit 100's of lobs. Some people lob because they are late to the ball, lack of mobility forces it....Lets learn to lob at the right time for the right reason.
YOU WILL GET BETTER! Repetition builds muscle memory. Repetition builds good habits.
Athlete Cancellation Policy: If the athlete cancels more than 15 days prior to the camp we keep a $25 fee or you can move the entire amount to a credit for a future camp at the Lighthouse Oceanfront Resort. If the athlete cancels within 15 days of the camp, we will refund only 50% of the camp fee.
