Fast Hands: From Drives and Drops to Kitchen Battles
Fast hands are not just about reaction time—they begin with proper paddle position, hand preparation, anticipation, and smart decision-making. Roman Sada will teach players how to prepare their hands for drives and drops from the back of the court, maintain that readiness through transition, and handle fast exchanges at the kitchen. Training includes drives, drops, blocks, counters, resets, speed-ups, volleys, and rapid-fire hand battles. You will learn how to protect your body, control the pace, and turn your opponent’s attack into an opportunity to win the point. Camp is two days with training 3 hours per day.

Staying Offsite
Campers staying offsite may participate in open play for $6 per two-hour session. Practice time is $24 per hour, per net, and may be split among the players on the court.
Training Times
Training times are confirmed approximately one week before camp and assigned based on skill level, travel distance, and partner preferences.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 15 days before camp are subject to a $25 fee per person, with the option to apply the full amount toward a future camp. Cancellations made within 15 days of camp receive a 50% refund.
